Stay signed in to your Integrations

You sign in to an Integration once, not every hour. The agent renews your sign-in on its own, also when you run Turns in several Conversations at once. If the server refuses to renew it, the Integration shows Needs reconnecting on your Integrations page with a Reconnect button, and the agent tells you when your request needs it.
