Approvals for Integration tools

A tool of an Integration that can change things, or whose server doesn’t say, now pauses the Turn for your Approval before each call:

• The Approval names the Integration and the tool, says what it does, and shows the arguments. Accept, edit or reject it, as for the agent’s own tools.
• The Approval stays open after a reload, and the Turn goes on when you decide.
• Read-only tools still run at once.
