Personal API keys for Integrations

Integrations can now take a personal API key:

• On the Integrations page, select Enter API key, paste your key and save it. The agent sends it for you. It is stored encrypted and never shown again. Replace API key rotates it and Disconnect deletes it.
• Admins can register an Integration whose users enter their own key, and name the header it is sent in.
• A key you paste into a message is masked in the record of the Turn.
